I'm Tim Brady. I am an entrepreneur, former varsity football player, triathlete, and I happen to follow health and nutrition to a "T" as they are a huge part of everything I do. I founded my nutrition company 2 years ago with the mantra of helping athletes (and myself) perform and recover better. I am 15 weeks on a full plant-based diet. These are some of my currents and most important tricks in not only following a plant-based diet formulated to help increase performance and recovery, but tips to living a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
We are the first generation not expected to out live our parents. 15 of the top 16 causes of death in North America are caused by diseases that can be prevented through a healthy and/or plant-based diet. We have an obesity epidemic.
I plan on de-bunking all of that through my life style and sharing that with others, and this is how.
